Functional Responsibility: Shall prepare, review, revise, certify, and control all required technical publications and assists to design and develop software that adds functions and capabilities including continual review of application and upcoming versions. In addition, the Junior Software Specialist shall: 

•   Provide assistance in all aspects pf software development from design through implementation and maintenance upgrading software.
• Analyses, designs, specifies, documents and implements web based application software solutions.
• Programs code, suggests enhancements, trouble-shoots issues, tracks bugs and modifications and develops test plans.
• Create and modify help pages (html and word/PDF) and assist with training and version awareness.

 Professional Experience:  Shall have at least two (2) years of formal training plus at least two (2) years of job related experience in software engineering, computer science or a related discipline.  Shall have working knowledge and experience with at least three (3) of the following coding, web and database languages/structures; Java Script, Adobe Flash, SQL, MS SQL Server, HTML, Adobe Cold Fusion, MS II2 Web Server, RoboHelp including experience with several architectures and platforms in an integrated environment. This position requires a TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph
