Web Logic Administrator
Roles&Responsibilities:
- Installation, Configuration, Administration and Performance tuning of Oracle WebLogic Application Servers/ Oracle Forms and Reports Servers 11g in a clustered environment.
- Must be able to stop/start/reload/configure/troubleshoot all aspects of Weblogic Application Servers.
- Must thoroughly understand how Weblogic Servers are administered in a Production Environment using the WebLogic Admin Server/Nodemanager/Managed Server concepts. Must be familiar with the concept of WebLogic
Domains.
- Must be able to configure Authentication/Authorization schemes for the WebLogic Forms and Reports in conjunction with Oracle SSO Server/ Oracle Access Manager. This might involve a combination of Database based Authorization with CAC based authentication with Army Knowledge Online (AKO).
- Must be comfortable working in Virtualized environment using VMWare and Red Hat Linux.
- Proficient in creating clear, well written documentation of Operating Procedures and training other team members.
Required Skills:
- A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a related technical field. (A high school diploma and 10+ years of experience may be substituted in lieu of the degree requirement.)
- 5+ years of administration&deployment experience with WebLogic Application Server preferably with an Oracle Database Server backend.
- 5+ years Production administration experience
- 5+ years of Unix (System Admin level experience not required), Red Hat Linux experience preferred.
- Experience installing, configuring and administering Oracle Identity Management Suite including practical knowledge of interfacing with external Identity Providers like Army Knowledge Online (AKO) and CAC/PKI based authentication
Desired Skills:
- Experience with Load balancers like the F5 from BIG IP
- Experience with Firewalls, DNS and other Network Topology constructs.
This position requires a TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph
