Insurance

SI Tec offers full medical, dental, disability, and life insurance. Because all employees do not desire the same level of coverage, we put more money in your pocket, and provide you the option to purchase insurance benefits à la carte. You will find that after deducting the cost of benefits (pre-tax), your net income is still very competitive.

401(k)

SI Tec offers a 401(k) retirement plan and matches up to 4% of employee’s compensation.  We match the first 3% at 100%, then the next 2% at 50% for a maximum match of 4%.

Referral Bonus

SI Tec pays a $9,000 referral bonus for TS/SI FS/LS Poly billable hires, and a $5,000 referral bonus for TS/SI CI (or no Poly) hires.

Utilization Bonus

SI Tec provides a generous utilization bonus in the form of paid time off.  You can also qualify for inclusion into the SI Tec Club.
