SITEC provides career growth paths found in typical professional services organizations. We need people to develop, deliver, manage, and grow business.
We offer both technical and management career paths. Employees can remain technical and still participate in business development activities, such as writing whitepapers and technical volumes for proposals. Employees wishing to branch into management can serve as task leaders for a team of SITEC employees assigned to a project.
SITEC will often look first within the organization for someone that is willing to step up to a new challenge. Most of our business managers have a technical background.
